Improve your recruitment technique - with our easy-to-follow hints and tips.

This article consists of three pages:

Page 1 - Hints and tips to help you improve your recruiting process.
Page 2 - Even more tips to you improve your recruiting process.
Page 3 - 5 great tips to help you build your network.

Some tips to stay in contact with previously recruited teachers:

  1. Send a Birthday or a Christmas email. They will really appreciate it and they may even know a friend that is looking for a job that they could put you in contact with.

  2. Send a thank you note. A great way to keep in contact. You should definitely do this after they sign a contract.

  3. Get in touch around three months before their contract completion date. They may be looking for a new position – you’re a recruiter, you can help them with that!

  4. Establish a network of other recruiters who are outside your recruitment zone. If you refer them a teacher who is going to China, instead of Korea, then they’ll more than likely refer you a teacher who is coming to Korea from China.

  5. Stay in contact! Even if they leave the country, send them a quick “hello” email to see how they are going. Who knows, they might come back to your country for a job.

Well that's it! I hope you were able to benefit from these helpful hints!
